The Prodigal Project

Racial strife, violent crime, and a growing divide on what it means to be an American influence our culture today. The Prodigal Project offers a fountain of hope and solutions to these long-standing problems.Kendall Qualls personal and revealing stories demonstrate that anyone with a disadvantaged pastno matter their ethnicitycan take responsibility for their life, their family, and their community. Recounting his time growing up in poverty in NYC and a trailer park in Oklahoma to becoming a U.S. Army officer, then years later running for governor, Qualls story demonstrates that the promise of America is available to anyone, regardless of race or social station. The Prodigal Project addresses uncomfortable topics such as the crisis of fatherless homes and the silence of the church in addressing this problem as the main source of disparities in the United States. It also tackles the threat of the progressive movements Cancel Culture, Black Lives Matter, and the increasingly progressive public-school system, all of which have taken a stance against the traditional nuclear family, religious faith, and the foundational beliefs of America.Kendall Qualls wrote The Prodigal Project: A Hope For American Families to inspire readers to take charge of their lives, their families and their communities. This book is a call to return to the path that so many Americans were on, the basic principles outlined in the Bible, and the values that made us a great and exceptional country.
