During these transition phases, we build bridges between the old that we are leaving behind and the new stretching out ahead of us. Transition periods are both important and interesting. Important for how we either stumble or move forward successfully into next phase or level of our work lives. And interesting because when transitioning, we reflect deeply and intensely on how to navigate the situation. Thus, we need very good career skills during these transition periods.www.moveonordic.com
